Return Policy: We accept free returns under the following conditions:

  • If the received product does not match the images.
  • In case of defects or damage during transit.

For all other return reasons, such as a change of mind or if the rug doesn’t suit your space, the return shipping costs are your responsibility:

  • Rugs measuring 6×9 feet and smaller qualify for free returns.
  • For 8×10 feet rugs, a US$150 return fee applies.
  • Rugs measuring 9×12 feet or larger incur a US$250 return fee.
