Returns are hassle-free for:

  • Items not matching the provided images
  • Defective or transit-damaged items
  • Rugs measuring 6×9 feet and smaller

For larger rugs, a return fee applies:

  • 8×10 feet: US$150 return fee
  • 9×12 feet: US$250 return fee

Please be aware that returns are not accepted for rugs exceeding 9 feet in width.
