Our returns policy is as follows:

Free returns are available if the received item doesn’t match the provided images, is defective, or arrives damaged in transit.
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or if it doesn’t suit your space, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Free returns are applicable for rugs up to 6×9 feet in size.
For 8×10 feet rugs, a return fee of US$150 will apply.
For 9×12 feet rugs, a return fee of US$250 will apply.
Please note that returns are not accepted for rugs over 9 feet wide.
