Return Policy: We offer free returns in the following situations:

• If the received product deviates from the images
• In case of defects or damage during transit

For returns due to a change of mind or if the rug doesn’t complement your space, return shipping is your responsibility. Return fees are determined by the size of the rug:

• Rugs up to 6×9 feet: Free Returns
• 8×10 feet rugs: US$150 return fee
• 9×12 feet rugs: US$250 return fee

Please note that returns are not accepted for rugs larger than 9 feet wide.
