Return Policy: We offer free returns in the following cases:

For returns due to a change of mind or if the rug doesn’t fit your space, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Costs:

  • Rugs sized 6×9 feet and smaller: Free Returns
  • Rugs sized 8×10 feet: US$150 return fee
  • Rugs sized 9×12 feet: US$250 return fee
  • Returns are not accepted for rugs over 9 feet wide.
