Our return policy is as follows:

Free returns are accepted if the received product does not match the provided images, is defective, or is damaged during transit.
For returns due to a change of mind or if the rug doesn’t suit your space, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Free returns are available for rugs sized 6×9 and smaller.
For rugs sized 8×10 feet, a return fee of US$150 applies.
Rugs measuring 9×12 feet incur a US$250 return fee.
Returns are not accepted for rugs wider than 9 feet.
