Our return policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind:

• Free returns are accepted for items that do not match their images, are defective, or sustain damage in transit.
• If you wish to return an item due to a change of preference or if it doesn’t fit your space, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Free returns are applicable to rugs up to 6×9 feet in size.
• For 8×10 feet rugs, a return fee of US$150 applies.
• For 9×12 feet rugs, a return fee of US$250 is applicable.
• Rugs exceeding 9 feet in width are non-returnable.
