Return Policy:

  • Free returns are available if the product doesn’t match the images, is defective, or arrives damaged in transit for rugs sized 6×9 and smaller.
  • For 8×10-foot rugs, a return fee of US$150 applies.
  • For 9×12-foot rugs, a return fee of US$250 is applicable.
  • Returns are not accepted for rugs larger than 9 feet wide.
  • If you decide to return an item because it no longer suits your space or due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
