All items are shipped for free via FedEx or UPS using standard home delivery, with delivery times ranging from 7 to 12 days depending on the destination.

Please note that some rugs are made to order and may take between 10 to 60 days for production. Refer to the product description or contact us for an estimated delivery date.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items do not match the provided images.
  • Items are defective or damaged during transit.

For returns due to a change of mind or if the rug doesn’t suit your space, you are responsible for return shipping fees. Free returns are available for rugs measuring 6×9 feet and smaller. For rugs sized 8×10 feet, a US$150 return fee applies, while rugs measuring 9×12 feet incur a US$250 return fee. Returns are not accepted for rugs over 9 feet wide.
