Our return policy is as follows:

Free returns for rugs sized 6×9 and smaller.
A $150 return fee applies to 8×10 feet rugs.
For 9×12 feet rugs, a $250 return fee is applicable.

Returns are accepted only for rugs that do not match the provided images, are defective, or sustain damage during transit. Please be aware that returns due to a change of mind or if the rug doesn’t match your space are subject to your responsibility.
