Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged items in transit

For other return reasons such as a change of mind or size mismatch with your space, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Free returns are available for rugs up to 6×9 feet, while returns for 8×10 feet rugs incur a US$150 fee and 9×12 feet rugs have a US$250 return fee. Please note that returns are not accepted for rugs over 9 feet wide.
