Returns Policy:
- Free returns are accepted under the following conditions:
  - The received item doesn’t match the images.
  - The item is defective.
  - The item is damaged during transit.
- If you decide to return the rug for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Free returns are applicable for rugs sized 6×9 and smaller.
- For 8×10 feet rugs, a return fee of US$150 applies.
- For 9×12 feet rugs, a return fee of US$250 applies.
- Please note that returns are not accepted for rugs over 9 feet wide.
