We offer free returns in the following cases: if the received product doesn’t match the images, if it’s defective, or if it’s damaged during transit. However, if you’ve had a change of heart or the rug doesn’t suit your space, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Fees for Various Sizes:

  • 6×9 and smaller: Free Returns
  • 8×10 feet: US$150
  • 9×12 feet: US$250

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for rugs over 9 feet wide.
