Returns:

Free returns are accepted if the received item doesn’t match the images, is defective, or is damaged during transit for rugs sized 6×9 and smaller.
For 8×10 feet rugs, a return fee of US$150 applies.
For 9×12 feet rugs, a return fee of US$250 applies.
Returns are not accepted for rugs exceeding 9 feet in width.
